Sheril was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley. She graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She then obtained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Algonquin College in 2000.

 

After graduating, Sheril moved to Peterborough and began working as a Registered Dental Hygienist in periodontics and then transitioned into general practice. Sheril joined our team in 2003.  Her focus is on client centred care, in particular helping people understand the importance of their oral health as it relates to their overall well-being.

 

Sheril is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
